Mitologics is sponsor of the 3rd World Congress on Targeting Mitochondria and will present its screening assay on isolated liver mitochondria (MiToxView platform) predictive for hepatotoxicity risks in human.
Toxicity assays are realized on mitochondria isolated from healthy mouse organs.
As quality of mitochondria is critical to perform such screening assays, we used several parameters to evaluate
their integrity and functionality.

Mitochondrio-toxicity measured in our assays are correlated with the human hepatotoxicity reported in the litterature. Mitologics' toxicity assays are highly predictive of drug-induced in vivo toxicity.
